The Loopy Mama is an online boutique for those looking for 100% handcrafted and artisan-made amigurumi creations.

My love for crochet began when my family temporarily relocated to Japan for my husband's job. As I embraced homemaking, I stumbled upon a hobby that fulfilled the time I had for myself. The more I got into it, the more I realized I truly enjoyed it! What started out as a past time eventually progressed into a  true passion project; hence, The Loopy Mama was born.

I have spent countless hours learning everything about crafting amigurumis - perfecting the loops and stitches, sourcing from an array of Japanese suppliers for amazing notions and premium quality yarns, and handcrafting each piece using patterns from talented designers. All of this with the dream of one day creating my own unique designs.

Each amigurumi piece that you'll discover in the shop is a labor of love and entirely handcrafted by myself. You'll see the craftsmanship and the hours dedicated on making each piece come to life.
