DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Enjoy free shipping throughout Singapore! We've partnered with reliable local couriers to ensure seamless delivery. In rare cases of multiple delivery failures, the order will be returned to us. To resend the order, a re-delivery fee of SGD 5 will apply. Ready-made items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom-made and pre-ordered items take approximately 2-3 weeks per piece to ship.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international parcels are securely shipped via Singapore Post Registered Package International, providing parcel tracking for your peace of mind. A flat rate of SGD 25 will be applied to orders weighing up to 2 kg.

Please be aware that any duty, import taxes, customs fees, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. We regret that we cannot refund postage for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. In the event a package is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, customers are responsible for follow-up with the postal carrier.

 

For international orders, ready-made items are dispatched within 2-3 business days, while custom-made and pre-ordered items require approximately 2-3 weeks per piece for creation. Kindly note that due to current circumstances, deliveries may experience delays beyond the norm. Typically, we estimate parcels to reach their destination in 3 to 4 weeks.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES​

Due to the nature of our items, we regret that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for ready-made and custom crochet orders.
